Eligibility for Exchange:
If there are issues with the product, we can only offer a replacement and cannot accept cancelations.
To be eligible for a exchange, the item must be in its original, and must be exchanged within 7 days of receipt. Only items with a defect can be exchanged.
If an item is found to be defective, please take a picture of the problem and email it to us at email@example.com. Once the question you refuted is confirmed, we will send a replacement product to you.
Please note that as we offer international shipping, returns or exchanges due to personal reasons are not accepted.
